Born and raised in Los Angeles, Todd Bachenheimer has always been inspired by the city’s incredible array of distinctive architecture and cultural diversity. Growing up in the local art, music and fashion scene, his passion for design and architecture is contagious.

Todd’s professional and personal experience makes him uniquely qualified to understand a client’s tastes and sensibilities. Working alongside The Agency’s Paul Lester and Aileen Comora, he offers invaluable insight and expertise in the Los Angeles real estate market. Todd combines a deep understanding across a variety of disciplines, including architecture, design and renovation.

Having skillfully found success in his own personal real estate investments and renovation projects, Todd’s first priority is for his clients to achieve their dreams and build wealth through real estate. Always committed to advocating for his clients’ best interests, Todd’s business strategy is centered around building trust and maintaining client relationships that last a lifetime.

Prior to his professional entry into the L.A. real estate market, Todd spent 20 years as a fashion and product design director, consulting for some of the world’s most recognizable brands, including Fitbit, Polo Ralph Lauren and John Varvatos. He has earned a reputation for having a tenacious work ethic, exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and most importantly, integrity. Long-standing clients have continually utilized Todd’s extensive experience in design strategy and execution, brand communication and consumer insight—a skill set that has parlayed seamlessly into his real estate career.
